Antique large hand painted German glass beer stein/server. Stands 15\" tall from bottom to top of the lid. There are no chips or cracks, some paint loss on the gold center which I tried to capture in the photos. Looks like a thump print when paint was still wet. The lid doesn\'t lay flush with the stein. Beautiful stein with German writing \"Good Beer I Praised Myself\" (I think that is what it\'s saying). I can see bubbles in the glass which I believe is hand blown with a mold. Handle has been applied. Based on others that I\'ve seen, it\'s possible this could be from 1890\'s, but I don\'t know.
