Antique Medieval Manuscript illuminated probably Bolognese School. The manuscript is written on vellum, as custom in that historical period. The fragmentation gives a difficult comprehension, but seems to be a Juridical Treatize, probably the regulamentation of a City.
Very interesting the note on a side that doesn\'t follow the Bolognese School writing Canons, but it\'s written in a calligraphy more \"personal\", a real rarity on a medieval book.
The manuscript is decorated with amazing illuminations in red and blue colors, at the beginning of the most important paragraphs.
