This elegant late Victorian piece was made by the National Brass & Iron Works of Reading, PA. which was established in 1891. NB & IW specialized in manufacturing fine decorative brass and iron objects until it went out of business in 1911. The back is stamped NB & IW 2002. This must be a batch? This is not from 2002.
