Great early moccasins that could be either southern Ute, Jicarilla or Taos. The beadwork from these tribes at this time tends to be quite similar. There is a some bead loss on each heel and one heel has an area where the seam has come loose for about half an inch. The beautiful beadwork is sinew sewn and is mostly in great shape for its age. There are the remnants of collection numbers and an old label on the soles, possibly from a museum. Don\'t miss out on these wonderful old moccasins.
