Offered is an absolutely lovely antique Art Nouveau trinket/pin/ring dish or tray featuring a nude maiden with one hand resting on the head of a fawn and the other outstretched with an owl preparing to land on her wrist. She is seated on a bench with a Grecian urn in the background all accented with greenery and flowers. I think she may be a representation of the goddess Diana. Lots of wonderful details on this high relief piece! Made of bronze, the tray measures 6 1/2\" tall, 4 1/4\" wide, and 1/2\" deep and weighs a hefty 13 ounces-the can of Coke is for a sizing reference. The piece is meant to lay on a table but it could also be hung as it has an opening in the scrolling metal to allow for a hook or nail. As you can see from my photos, the dish is in excellent vintage condition with no damage noted. A gorgeous piece to add to your collection of Art Nouveau!
