Now available is an antique pair of English Staffordshire porcelain inkwells or pen holders in the form of whippets lying on blue bases. They date from the mid to 3rd quarter of the 19th Century and each measure approximately 5½\" tall by 7 3/8\" long by 2 ½\" at their widest point. They are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The underside of the bases are marked England.
