In 1773, the luxurious splendour of the french court in Paris was as its height, when the firm LOCRÉ, based at the foot of Belleville, was created. Three centuries after its foundation, the establishment has lost none of its creative qualities, and continues to adhere to its founder’s motto: «Créer du sublimissime».
