This is a beautiful skirt with some stains and holes. It is a perfect pink fabric with a sheen and great purple velvet ribbon. The waist is approximately 23 inches. It is about 40 inches waist to hem and about 200 inches around at the bottom. My thoughts are that it would make great doll clothes.
