This is an antique primitive Folk Art cloth rag doll.I can\'t be certain, but I believe it dates from the late 19th century.The doll itself measures 25 inches tall (63.5 cm). Including the dress, she\'s 27 inches tall (68.6 cm). Her head measures 7 inches wide and 5 inches tall (17.8 cm x 12.7 cm). It\'s approximately 2 3/4 inches deep (7 cm).She is stuffed with straw throughout.As you can see in the photos, she is fairly dirty. The dress is dirty and tattered.
On the bottom left side of her face there\'s a hole measuring approximately 1/4 inch around (.63 cm).I\'m fairly convinced that the dress is original to the doll.She weighs 1 lb. 1 oz. (482 g).
