The fine print! When you shop at Vintage Apt I want you to have a great time. I try to think of what is important to you. So I ship Fast - the day you pay or the day after. I combine all purchases in one box to save you money. When a shipping problem does come up, a lost item or damage, I will track your package and if necessary begin the claim process so you don\'t lose any money because of damage from the carrier. I insure purchases over $15...no charge to you. My policy is that if I inadvertently overcharge you on shipping I will refund you the difference. I pride myself on safe and professional shipping...check my response...you\'ll see happy customers. I do accept returns on most of my items...but some things are either too large, or too fragile, to safely withstand the handling of shipping back and forth...each listing will state whether that item can be returned or not. Please write me with any concerns or questions at all (nothing is too dumb!)...I will respond ASAP.

I do try very hard to represent my items as accurately and honestly as possible - damage and shortcomings too. Most of my goods are used, whether they are merely older, or vintage, or a fabulous antique - but they are used. Keep this in mind when considering a purchase - there will be imperfections and signs of wear to one degree or another. So unless I say the item is new, pristine, or mint - it\'s used. These items have a history, and actually that is why I love them!

I add new finds to my listings every few days, often daily, so check back often and have a look around...you never know what the Gypsy Lady will bring!
