Description:A Russian porcelain plate from the Alexander III Coronation Service plate , made by the Imperial porcelain factory, 19th century. Made during the time of Nicholas II time period 1894-1917. On the rim is the \'new style\' crowned double headed eagle emblazoned with St. Georgeagainst a red ground and seals from various Russian cities placed among the up-spread wings. Two gilded bands encircle the wide rim.
