Very old (the first half of the last century) Russian orthodox cross pendant.The cross itself made of 9Kt rose gold,unmarked, but was tested. It\'s made in filigree technique,very small in size(13 x 8 mm) and weight ~ 0.7g.Fixed on the well-polished plate of 100% natural Black onyx. Frame is gold filled, 9Kt rose gold. Pendant looks like mourningjewelry, but it\'s not typical for Orthodox. Most likely was made individually or altered from the other. In very good vintage condition, smallchips on the bottom left onyx edge. See last photo. It\'s almost not noticeable, only with a certain foreshortening + lighting +magnification.Mannequin on a photo in full size.Very unusual and beautiful old thing!

Attention!!! Small filigree cross over black onyx - gold. Unmarked, tested as 9Kt. ~ 0.7 g

Frame - not gold. Old gold filled. With a thick layer of gilding.
