Antique Schonwald E & A Muller Hand Painted Cherry Blossom Relish Dish C. 1920sVery nice porcelain relish dish. Nicely decorated with a hand painted brown stem / branch with pink and white cherry blossoms and cherry blossom buds. Has gold gilding along the edge and a gilded handle. Marked on the back Oremont with a crown over a tree in a shield and Bavaria. This mark was used by Schonwald and E & A Muller. I have not been able to find the exact mark to date the piece, but I would guess it is around circa 1920s to 1930s based on the most similar marks used by the company. Has a few in manufacture stacking flakes from the kiln on the foot rim and some minor wear to the gilding around the edge, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures 7 1/4\" long x 6\" wide x 1 1/4\" tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display-ability of the piece.
