YYYou are looking at a wonderful pair of McClellan Barkclays bronzed 1932 Scottie Dog Bookends--probably because of FDR\'s dog Falla--though I don\'t know that for a fact...These dogs are wonderful and have that great Barclay patina that most of his enduring bronzes have--each however is missing the tip of its ear--which makes it look like it was meant to be--butIdon\'t t hink it was--butit looks great non the less andwould not be noticeable unless you mentioned it to the viewer.They are quite heavy as bookends should be--and weight about 10 pounds each or so--both are signed as you can see in the photos...Thanks for looking and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask them...Thanks again...
