This beautiful antique Silver Filigree Box is probably from the late 19th century from India, Karimnagar, or Dutch East Indies. It has intricate filigree work on all sides except the bottom with is flat silver. I inherited this box in 1977 while visited my husband\'s family in Lahore, Pakistan and they had belonged to his parents who migrated from India. It is latched and the box fits snuggly. Small bend on one corner but does not affect the opening and closing. It measures 4 1/4 in by 3 1/4 inch and is 2 inches deep including feet.
