Up for sale is thisamazing large antique brass sleigh bell. This wonderful 19thcentury cast-brass petal bell has a great daisy-like petal or horseshoe design circling thetop, divided by a single throat (slit), and with a shank-style shaft. It is a very large heavy #13 bell, it measures 2 3/4\". It has marks on either side of the slit that look to be initials or numbers, but they are worn and hard to read.
This true antique large jingle bell wasrecently discovered in anold estate, along with some other wonderful bells I will be listing.It is in great condition, shows wear appropriate toits age, and has the most fabulous old patina. It has a great loud ring. (see photos)
