This medal was touched to the coffin/Altar in the pictures. Itis considered an ex “arca sepulerali” relic according to Catholic tradition.

This rare piece is on consignment for sale for one ofthe convents we work with, and it is an original not a recast. It is 1.75 inches long (including the bale), is made of thick silver that has been worn down by the nun\'s rubbing during prayer and meditation.
