This is a 1902 International Postage Stamp album by the Scott Stamp & Coin Co. of New York, illustrated with engravings, 19th century edition. The cover states \"Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1902 in hte Office of the libraries of congress at Washington\". The book includes spaces for all varieties of stamps issued in all countries in the world during the 19th century, with portraits of the rulers, Flags, arms, capitals, maps, etc. The book contains approximately 300 stamps -- the stamps are sporadic - some countries have none, some have severak. The book itself is in fair condition, some of the pages are coming loose, but the illustrations and engravings are beautiful, and the artwork of the stamps is gorgeous. The collection is not complete, but the remaining stamps are extraordinary in their design. This is a gem for a stamp collector or anyone who appreciates world history. Book is 12\" x14\"
