Large beautiful vase will hold lots of flowers.
Stands 8 1/4\" tall and the circumference of the top STERLING band is 17 1/4\"! which encircles the top of the vase.This is an applied Sterling band in what appears to be an Art Nouveau pattern probably c 1900.I see no damage.
This is a beautiful light amber artglass vase.. an heirloom. Would make a very nice Wedding gift (or anniversary with roses added!).
This high quality item is apparently referred to as STERLING OVERLAY meaning a band a sterling is laid over glass ... this is not \"Silver deposit\" which means silver electroplate over glass.
