This is a fantastic antique Gorham sterling silver large size tea / coffee pot. The pot is in very good condition and could use a polish, but has no damage, dents, or other breaks. Height measures about 8\" and its width at the widest point (spout to handle) is about 9\". Weight comes in at 17.5oz. The antique silver pot is well marked and features the Gorham marks of the Lion, the Anchor, and the \"G\", then \"Sterling\", then \"A2341\", then \"1& 3/4 pint\". Elsewhere on the bottom is \"181 G\". This pattern was produced starting in 1899 and this piece is turn of the century / early 20th century. This is a beautiful piece of sterling silver by a well known and highly accomplished manufacturer. A find for the collector!
