Stunningly Good Condition Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Coffee Pot in the Turkish or Persian Style.Model number 5399 which dates it to about 1879 and Stamp which dates it to no later than 1892.The shape is very elegantly swooping from a larger base to a slimmer top, with both the handle and the spout very slim and shapely.The Decorations at the base consist of a band of floral decorations and there is gadrooning along the top, the handles and the spout, see pictures.
The base contains various numbers and letters referring to the model 5399 and T464/305814/85, 5 Gills , Tiffany & Co, Sterling Silver.
In first class condition, with a solid hinge and no signs of damage or repairs, there is of course some sing of use during its lifetime, but these are just minute little scratches (see pictures). I am happy to take and send more pictures if required.Total Weight: 122 grams.Height: 20cm (8\")
