ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CUT STEEL PIQUE INLAID BRASS DAMASCENE LETTER PAPER CLIP LEAF:

This is for a fabulous antique steel letter clip in the form of a leaf c1840. The steel has a lovely jagged edge and the steel has been inlaid with gold to show the detailing. The steel has also been coloured just like the ancient damascene swords, its a really nice clip, i haven\'t seen anything like it. The design is the same on both sides with a strong spring joining the two sides and it has two suspension rings for hanging. It is in excellentcondition with no damage to the steel just the light surface wear you see,mainly to one side. It measures48mm (2\") across and stands80mm (3.25\") tall.
