Antique Victorian Silver c1890 Scottish Agate and 13.4ctw Citrine Brooch Pin:

This is a beautiful antique Victorian period circa 1890 sterling silver Scottish agate brooch with a 13.4ctw golden Cairngorm citrine. The stones chosen are classic orange jaspers from the Campsie Fells in Stirlingshire, green and red speckled bloodstones from Isle of Rum, and gray banded agates from Montrose. The central stone is a stunning large 13.4ctw faceted orange citrine from the Cairngorm mountain range that has been fully tested by a local jeweler and is a genuine citrine. The citrine is set up in its setting so the light can shine through as you can see in the photos. The colors of the agates set off the citrine perfectly!

The brooch has no hallmarks which is fairly normal for pieces from this period, but has been fully tested and is sterling silver. The diameter is 1 5/8\". The pin and C clasp are original and in good working condition.
