DESCRIPTION

Antique Victorian c.1897 15ct yellow gold ruby and diamond bangle.

This is an absolutely beautiful bangleoriginatingfrom the late 19th century, it is highly collectable with a nice clear full British hallmark.

Gypsy set on a mini platform on the \'face\' of the bangle are two old cut rich, glossy red rubies and three old cut lively diamonds.

Each measures approx 2.5mm in diameter framed above and below by a fine, tight rope border. Estimated diamond weight 0.20ct.

Adding beautiful decoration and showing quality craftsmanship is the gold detailing to each side of the precious gems.

Completing the design are a further two rope borders : a fine, tight and a slightly larger and looser twist.

The bangle is hinged with a press and release clasp for easy wear also a safety chain for extra peace of mind then wearing this delightful piece!

Design measures approx 7mm (width tapers to 5mm at the back)
