This beautiful piece comes from the Art Deco Era! The Art Deco Era is famous for being the \"Gatsby\" or \"Roaring Twenties\" Era. A lot of gorgeous and timeless designs in jewelry came out of this period.

During the Art Deco Period jewelers often made jewelry upon custom order, this would often take weeks to months to completely craft by hand.

Bohemian Garnets have been mined in the Bohemian Hillsof Czechoslovakia since the 16th century. Thesegarnets reached their height of popularity in jewelry of the Victorianera to the Art Deco Era\'s. Bohemian Garnet is widely coveted due to its gorgeousred hues and due to the fact that this Garnet has been depleted and no knownmines exist any longer.

The center stone has a chip but is secure in its setting. The price is reduced to reflect this.
