ANTIQUE VINTAGE BULGARIAN HANDWROUGHT SILVER Alloy Mother-of-Pearl BELT BUCKLE:

This is a lovely, unique, well-preserved belt buckle - silver/brass alloy, decorated with mother-of-pearl plates and red glass stone encrusted in the middle.

The design on the mother-of-pearl pieces is unique with double-headed eagle embossed on both side buckles.

The buckling is a toggle lock attaching the two sides with a triple chain, which gives the vintage look a surprisingly modern touch.

It is from the late 19th century.

Dimensions: Length- 6.1/4\" (16 cm.)

Height- 2.5\" (6.5 cm.)

Chain- 5\" (12.5 cm.)

Condition: Very well preserved antique condition with the expected patina. It has not been cleaned from the patina,leaving this decision to the owner.
