I was told this is pre-1900, but I don\'t know how to verify that. However, you can see this is a very old walking stick or cane. The bottom is brass covered and has a nice patina. There is wear and some marks on it, as expected, but overall this is a sturdy piece and is smooth with decades and decades of wear and use. Please see all photos. This has a great gnarly handle and good bones. Would look great hanging on he wall or in your foyer umbrella stand, but it\'s also perfectly functional and can be used. Measures about 36\" high.
