Antique Christening Gown

I came across this while cleaning out an old house. There is no damage,definitelya vintage item. The color is cream but I suspect this may have been white/whiter at one time. There are a few very small blemishes, possibly water stains but I have made no attempt to clean or iron out any wrinkles. This is a simple butattractive gown, especially on the rear. Unsure of the fabric, possibly satin.
