This is in great condition & moves freely. This is solid brass. It looks as though it were originally painted either green or the tan color - or both? This measures about 26\" while \'closed\' & 41\" when the handle is pulled up, and is about 20\" front to back. This weighs 35lbs by itself without packaging. If you have a corporate or business shipping account that you\'d prefer to save on shipping, that\'s fine by me.
