Cute vintage German Santa seated in a painted mica covered heavy cardboard sleigh. There are two small metals hooks in front of the sleigh. His companion for the long sleigh ride to deliver toys is a naturally painted German composition reindeer with wooden legs and metal antlers.
Santa has a molded body covered by redfelt . His black composition boots peek out from underneath his long coat. His black paper belt is marked \"Germany\". Santa\'s rabbit fur beard is a little worse for the wear so that only the hide is left.

There\'s paint missing in spots on antlers of deer. He has a paper labelindicating he too was made in Germany.
Together they measure 5 1/2\" L x 3\' H.
Very sweet piece.
