This sale is a delightful antique S. Kirk &Son Sterling Silver Repousse pocket watch holder/stand which belonged to a relative andhas been in the family since.

The stamps on the ‘arms’ of this item are marked: S.Kirk & Son Co. on one side and 925/1000 on the other side ‘arm’. I amunable to obtain any better pictures.

The condition of this piece is not perfect and showsthat it has been loved and used and looks as if it needs a good professional polishing.

Apparently the S. Kirk & Son Companymade the 925/1000 sterling silveraround c. 1880’s. And the hallmark “S. Kirk & Son” was usedin 1868 to 1896. This watch holder is probably from the late 1890’s (based uponthe family). But, I don’t know the dates for sure. It certainly could beearlier.

The size is approximately almost 2” high x approx. 2½” wide x approx. almost 2” in diameter. I do not know the weight.
