Early 1930s art deco era airplane cigarette lighter. One broke blade, but when blades spin the lighter top pops open and should light. It appears to be missing a bottom piece unless that is how this particular model is made. Also, needs a flint. Besides that it is good. Some pitting on chrome but a wire brush will take it right off.
