Vintage pharmaceutical carrying case, likely dating from WWI to be carried by a field medic or doctor. Small leather carrying case with nice patina and snap button closure holds four small glass vials with metal, possibly silver, screw on tops. Three of the four vials have blank paper labels. The fourth is unlabeled. Snap button marked \"USF C F Co\".

Each bottle measures about 3.5\" in height. Closed, case measures approximately 3.5\" x 3.25\".
