RARE SURVIVORFROM WW11 era. COASTER WAGON TOY, Made by Mili*Toys. Mobile wooden, modeled after Navy PT Boat, capable of carrying a child. Other designs by Mili-Toys wereArmy Jeeps, Anti-aircraft gun and carrier. I alsohave aof a copy of the US Design Patent issued on March 2, 1943. Listed as a scooter , invented by Alfred Parke. PT was the US hull symbol for Patrol Torpedo, PT Boat squadrons were nicknamed \"The Mosquito Fleet.\" They were known for being Fast and Maneuverable.
I am selling this for friend. Large 48\" x 18\"; All wood construction, 4 wood wheels on wood axles with an extra wheel under the item. Part of the steering mech on deckis missing, but it stillpivots. There is a hole in frontfor a rope to pull it. The graphics on this are amazing, considering its age. Also age related damage due to dried out wood,with somecracks. I can send more picture if desired, but I think all the damage is shown in these photos. What a great piece of history\'.
