I am presume this is a sewing file and knife as it came with the other sewing items I have listed in my store but not 100.% sure ,either way its very old and is rare either way ,being a small item mostly lost in time .see images for a further description,measures 10.5 cm b7 3/4 cm at widest the item will have free domestic postage I like payment within 3 days please ,I have other bone sewing items in my store
