*At the Beginning this Icon was posted for sale under wrong name: Nine Kizichesky Martyrs. It happened, because this Icon is very Rare – it was easy to make mistake.

Here is for sale the Antique, circa 1850 Rare Russian, Moscow Region:

FAMILY PATRON SAINTS Icon.

Here are the names of some following Saints on this Icon:
In the front center is St. Alexander Nevsky; to the left of him St. Nicholas and St. George. To the right of St. Alexander Nevsky is St. Barbara and St. Eudokia the Nun. Behind her is St. Helen.

All Names of these Saints are written on the Icon, but because of age it is hard to read all of them. Because of this we are still not sure about the names of other male Saints on this Icon.

Measures: 14” x 12” x 7/8” (The Icon is very heavy: circa 4.5 lb)

Cypress Board, Gesso, Egg Tempera, Drying Oil, Gold Leaf.

A very powerful praying Image, as well as the exhibit of High Collection Significance.

Measures: 12” x 10 ¼” x ¾”

*From Home collection. This Icon was purchased in Moscow circa 40 years ago and it already was in current condition: you can see on the pictures, that some vandals just painted with brown paint over the damaged part of Icon on the bottom.
