This shows a lovely young woman in period dress, done in pencil and watercolor.

Frame measures 4-3/4\" x 5-1/2.\"

Oval center measures 3\" x 3-5/8.\"

Frame has craquelature.  

There is no information written anywhere about the artist or subject.

I obtained this in Newport, RI.
