Listed here is an antique tandem bicycle most likely from the late 1890s or early 1900s. Unfortunately I cannot find an identification on it anywhere. As you can tell this bicycle would need restoration but almost all of it is there and would make an excellent candidate. There may have been a badge on the head tube and there appears to be two small holes where one would have mounted. They are on the left and right if you\'re facing the tube so the badge rivet holes would have corresponded. The frame appears to be at just about 72 inches long from front fork to where the rear cogset would go. The steel wheels are about 24 inches in diameter. The wheels appear to be solid all the way through but will need straightening/truing and new spokes. The front and rear chain rings look to be in good shape and the front chain is intact and does move. It is not seized up from rust. The rear chain is missing but the rear hub has the cog. All the petals except for one are missing the cages. The one cage that remains is bent. The tires appear to be the original rubber and have so much shrinkage from age that they are hard and flat against the rims. The frame is solid and although has surface rust it doesn\'t have rot. The original finish appears to have been black and someone may have painted the bicycle with aluminum paint at one point which appears to be peeling off the black paint underneath at this point. One of the saddles is marked Oscar Egg. The bicycle coaster brake arm is marked Morrow. Unfortunately will only allow me to include up to 12 photos or I would try to add more of the rear cogset, etc. Please ask any questions you may have before offerding.
