This week we have this exquisite orignal painting on silk. This piece dates to the early 1900\'s and is extremely well done. It is signed on the bottom left corner and depictes a delicate sparrow in flight over bamboo. It is adhearded at the edges to the matte. I believe this is not the orignal matting to the piece as the painting is much larger than the opening of the matte (please see photos of the back). It is in excellenct condition as you can see. The matte measures 16\" x 20\". The painting is 14\" x 17\" as measured from the back just inside where it is attached to the edges. This is truly a gorgeous piece. We will start this out low without a reserve.
