Created originally for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, the cutlery was highly controversial when launched in the 1950’s for its minimalism and architectural refinement ensuring a stark expression.
The narrow form and the slender contours of Arne Jacobsen have made it a cult design classic It has been featured in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey and other futuristic films \"33 PIECES ...........................INCLUDE 8 dinner KNIVES @ just under 8\" ( I get 7 7/8\" so websites must round it off to 8 ) ..................1 has a pit mark near the signature

1 serving piece ..... a 2 tined fork for meat , fish, appetizers or whatever ..........@ 7 1/4\" I just went into sold items and 2 different people got 95 dollars and 99 dollars for a 5 pc place setting..... times 8 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,(they piece milled it) ..... that\'s 800 bucks for 40 pcs or TWENTY bucks apiece ....we are starting ours at $6.99 apiece or buy it now for 12 bucks apiece !!!
the other things we must mention : now that has unfairly changed its response policy, sorry but our only recourse is to report non paying buyers on day 4 .... we expect personal contact via the buyer within s policy of 2 days or less folks we are not robots over here, communication means a lot to us ...and is important in all forms of relationships ! in THIS country now charges the SELLER 9 percent of shipping charges

(they make it look like they are doing the seller a favor by not charging the 25 cent to a dollar listing fees up to 50 items .... but instead ... they greatly increased the Final Fee Charge ..... when we started nearly 14 years ago ...
