I picked up this beautifully erotic and graceful Art Deco lady at an estate sale in New York recently. She has a bright silver finish but I do not think that she is silver plated. There are also no markings on this piece so I have been unable to find out much about this piece other than the fact that she is delightful to behold. Her right arm appears to have been broken at one point but has been expertly repaired. I have features this minor flaw in my pictures. She also has a small blemish on her back but other than that she is in very nice condition. She appears to have been one of a pair of bookends and I am only offering her singly in this listing. Both my wife and I are intrigued by this period in art. There seems to be an energy and excitement expressed in the movement that makes it so unique and so attractive. She is mounted on a base that measures 6 inches by 2.75 inches by 1 inch. From extended elbow to toe she measures 8 inches and arches gracefully upward to a height of 5 inches.
