Up for your consideration is the BEAUTIFUL sleek three piece Sterling Silver Tea set that I believe was made by George HAPE a British Silversmith in 1964.This set appears to be in great shape and lightly used. There is minimal surface scratching that I can see on either of the 3 pieces. There is a tiny ding that I tried to capture in photo number 12 on the right side of the teapot close to the lid. I see no damage to cream and sugar at all. Please zoom in on all photos as they are the main part of my description. If you need more photos just send a message and I will be happy to send others. I did as much research on the marks that I could. I am certain this set is British and from Sheffield England. The makers mark was tough to be certain of. I am pretty sure it was made by George Hape and is dated 1964. The makers mark for George HAPE is very similar to that of Harrison Brothers and Howson. Based on the position of the makers mark and the date I found I believe the set was made by George Hape.
I am not an expert and there is a chance I may be wrong so PLEASE do your own research and view ALL photos and hallmarks. If there is any additional info you can offer me please send it and I will happily add it to this listing.The set is stunning and I believe it looks to be Art Deco/ Art Nouveau and possibly Mid Century Modern. Measurements are as follows.Teapot - stands approx 4.75\" high to top of lid handle. From handle to spout it is approx 10.5\" across. Width measures approx 6.4\".Sugar - measures 2.4\" high and 4\" across. Creamer - measures 2.4\" high and 4\" across. From spout to handle this piece spans approx 6.3\" across.
