Art Deco solid silver shagreen cigarette case 1928:

This is a lovely Art Deco solid silver ladies cigarette case which is hallmarked for London 1928. It is hallmarked on both sides of the case..
Both sides are covered with a pale yellow/cream shagreen with a gilded interior and original cigarette holder strap.
It has a green emerald colour press button opener to the side.
Size; 3.25 x 2.50 inch approx. Weight; 47g.
Condition; Used but good. Odd marks to the shagreen but without areas missing. The hinges are fine and the press button works well but it does not close quite tightly, just a bit floppy.
This is an ideal size for use as a card also also.
