This is just a magnificent antique jewel! This wonderful original Art Nouveau - Victorian/Edwardian pendant dates to c1890-1920. The detail on this delicate lavaliere is wonderful.
DIAMOND:
The central diamond is so lovely. It is an Old MIne Cut diamond and approximately 1/4 CT and G-H color and VS clarity!
PEARLS
A seed pearl centers the flower and up the knife edge bar.
A lovely baroque pearl is a pendant at the bottom.
SETTING
The gorgeous nature inspired Art Nouveau design with flowers and leaves is in a greenish rose gold - divine! The gold tests for 12-14K gold. The chain is 14K gold.
The pendant is in excellent condition. The pendant is 45 mm by 14 mm including the top bale. It is not hallmarked but tests for 12-14K gold. The chain is 16 inches (40 cm) long and is 14K yellow gold. The pendant and chain weigh 2.3 grams.
