POSTAGE AND DISPATCH

For UK orders all items are sent out by First Class mail and insured. All international orders are shipped by airmail, prices are

We aim to ship all items within one working day of cleared payment. Working days for shipping are monday to friday 9 AM to 6 PM UK

time, not during weekends or UK bank hollidays.

REFUND POLICY

We have a full \'No reason required\' refund policy on all sales if notified within14 days of expected delivery which is 2 working days

for the UK and 5 working days on international sales, refunds cover the full original payment including shipping cost. We only refund

once an item has been returned in the condition it was sent out in. The only exception to this refund policy is sale/ disposal items.
