NOTE: LIGHT BULB & LAMP SHADE THAT ARE SHOWN ARE NOT INCLUDED!! Beautiful Heintz Art Metal lamp has sterling poppies on one side. The bronze body stands 10\" tall. The entire lamp from black wood base to top of finial is 24 1/2\" tall. There are two large impressions or shallow dents on one side of the body. It is hard to notice at first unless you feel it with your hand. The patina is fabulous. The sterling has tarnished a shiny gun metal color. I doubt the sterling has ever been polished. The black base give it an Asian feel. The cord and hardware are vintage. Not sure if Ovington\'s sold it as a lamp or a vase. Has proper markings for Heintz except the logo which was probably located just where the drill hole was placed. The body of the lamp is about 4 1/2\" at its widest part. You could keep it as a lamp or remove the body and display as a decorative vase.
