Very rare original circa 1910 scientific cabinet was made to display magic lantern slides and glass negatives.In original and very good condition, complete with pull out frames for holding negatives. Perfect for the photo collector or for someone wishing to display slides for sale, as each frame can be pulled out to inspect individual slides.Hand Painted numbers are original as the cabinet was from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and was used to catalog plant photos.These would make great linen or blanket chests if space is an issue. They are not very deep and the access is from the side, not the top like many chests. Very cool, unique and beautiful piece.
sale is for 1 cabinet, I have two available, one has 2 bottom drawers, the other does not.
These would also make greatblanket chests with a low profile to save space in a room. The frames inside all slide out and you could use for sweaters, blankets, linen etc.
