What and where did you take the jewelry pictures?

Answer: I only useIphone5 to take pictures and I place the jewelry into the light box that I madeit by myself, which was made of big cardboard box and white gift tissue paper.So, basically what you see on the picture is what you will get. I don’t stealother buyer’s pictures and I will tell you when I use official picture (ofcourse, you know its official picture! Right?) You can recognize that I’mtaking picture of real product by the background of photo, which is a picturethat I drew to separate me and other sellers!

How long will you take to ship your order?

Answer: I have a full time job working during 8:00am to5:00pm. Usually, after your fund is CLEAR(Payday will send me a ready to ship email), I will package the item and dropit to Post Office next day. Usually, I will send your package within 1 businessday. (BTW, I have noticed that if somebody is using an e-Check, it will takeseveral business days to clear the fund.)

How do you package my order?

Answer: Trust me, you won’treceive broken items. I have a lot of bubble wrap and boxes ready to use. Butif you have any issues, please let me know.
