Authentic Cream colored leather vintage Coach purse, ‘80’s:

This Coach bag has been authenticated by the wonderfully knowledgeable folks here at Fashions. Thanks to Albertabrightalberta and FashionClubGirl for their assistance.
Its from the late 1980s to very early 1990s and from the meaasurements its probably a style # 9755 Pocket Purse.
The 8 digit serial number is indicative of bags from that era that were hand stamped and mistakes were common is so far as missing the hyphen and getting a number instead. In these early bags the serial numbers do not indicate the style #. It was identified by the good folks at Fashions.
It is in very good overall condition. A few scuff marks are present as would be expected from the age. Please review the photos carefully. There is one very small ink mark inside the front pocket. Aside from that the bag is remarkably clean. It is a very soft supple leather.
The measurements are:9 1/2” long5 1/2” tall2” wideAnd the strap is 1/2” wide and 40”s long from end to end.
