100% authentic purchased in Tiffany & Co by myself.Medium Open Heart pendant is 27mm wide. It originally came with 18\" Sterling Silver chain, but I am selling it with 30\" Sterling Silver chain. Both the pendant and the chain are authentic Tiffany Elsa Perreti items, and both have all the hallmarks stamped. It is difficult to capture a photo of stamps on the chain due to a tiny print.The necklace was worn a handful amount of times. Neither the pendant, nor the chain have any damage. Only minimal signs of time, mainly from sitting in a jewelry box for a long time. A little polishing will go a long way, good enough to be a wonderful gift to a special lady in your life, including yourself!The necklace will come to you in the original snap closure pouch.No box, sorry.Currently this heard pendant on 18\" chain sells at Tiffany for $350 + tax.Thank you for your consideration.
